This chaotic divisive alienating time

Asking for radical inclusivity

vulnerability

longing belonging and hope

or actually being it, best we can

can we sit alone and find ease?

can we sit with another and truly listen

together?

and what about loss and grief?

Could an empty chair hold spirit-memories

of our loved ones gone

or who we are still looking for?

I’m glad YOU are here.

Keep moving forward, best you can with love

And rest, and sit, and get up and get going

each being our marvelous selves
