Monday Pride Night Events!
Celebrate Pride Month with us every Monday night in June (including a special Film screening on Friday, May 23)! Each week brings a new way to connect, celebrate, and support community—with everything from documentary screenings and drag bingo to board games and storytelling. Events are free and open to the public, with light refreshments, small prizes, and plenty of queer joy.

Pride Month Life Drawing Session | JUNE 8th
Drag Queen Life Drawing Session
Our Pride Month Life Drawing Session will be an entire afternoon filled with art and community. On Sunday, June 8th 1 - 4PM at the William Way LGBT Community Center, you’ll have the opportunity to draw from multiple models, including Philadelphia-based drag artists! All skill levels are welcome to this non-instructional event. Bring your own favorite mediums and surfaces to work on. Limited availability. Tickets sales support our Arts and Culture program and covers payment for the models.

19 Portraits: Honoring Black LGBTQ+ Philadelphians

Opening Reception: Thursday, June 5, 6–8 PM
In honor of Juneteenth, the William Way LGBT Community Center presents 19 Portraits, an exhibition by Prince Anthony Thomas celebrating Black LGBTQ+ Philadelphians past and present. Featuring striking pencil renderings and moving biographies, these portraits honor community legends like Anita Cornwell and Tyrone Smith. This marks the first time all 19 works will be shown together before becoming part of the Center’s permanent collection. Join us for the opening to meet the artist and enjoy food, refreshments, and community.

Summer Vibes Block Party
Join us for the annual Summer Vibes Block Party at the William Way LGBT Community Center on July 19th, celebrating Trans Joy with the Arcila-Adams Trans Resource Center!
