We will provide different types of opportunities to give feedback, and we will specifically prioritize reaching out to individuals and organizations who have been less heard during this process.
We will use community feedback to create key materials for any online programming including, but not limited to,

Guidelines for the selection of topics and guest speakers
Compensation
We will plan and execute meaningful and ongoing staff and board trainings
We will evaluate the extent to which Center programs represent the Philadelphia LGBTQIA communities
We will create a process for vetting anyone who will have access to the public platforms of the Center
