"How do I cook a meal for just myself?": a question most of us find ourselves asking. In this camp, you will be learning the basics of how to stock a kitchen, meal prep ideas that make cooking smaller meals manageable and appetizing, and cooking skills that are practical and aimed at helping the “single” person feel more comfortable preparing meals in the kitchen. You will focus on how to use ingredients to create at-home recipes for one without sacrificing creativity or flavor. Camp dates: Thursdays, Oct 19, 26, Nov 2, from 6-8 pm. 3 sessions for $40 members/$50 non-members.
