Mixology Fundamentals

from 100.00

Want to spend less money going out to bars but still want a cocktail? Want to impress your friends and family? This will be a condensed version of the class bartenders take. You will discuss liquors, liqueurs (yes, there's a difference), and ingredients required to make the most popular mixed drinks, and the tools and equipment of mixology. You will then move on to making drinks, covering a wide array of techniques like shaking, stirring, straining, and speed drills. You will leave will the knowledge of how to stock your home bar with products and tools needed to make fantastic drinks and a manual of all the skills you've learned. Camp dates: Thursdays, Sep 28, Oct 5, from 6:30-8:30 pm. 2 sessions for $100 members/$115 non-members.
