Check out what's happening at the Center!
Many people and groups utilize the Community Center for meetings or events. We have a great variety of spaces to rent and our rates are the cheapest in town! If you are an individual, the Center is the perfect place for a commitment ceremony, birthday party, anniversary celebration, or other life-occasion. If you are with an organization, you may be interested in the Center's affordable meeting facilities.
 
Ballroom
This beautiful, spacious and air-conditioned room on the second floor of the building is perfect for large or elegant events.
  • Accommodates 50 to 300 people
  • $75 per hour until Center closing

Lobby
Our lovely lobby is warm, welcoming, and easily accessible to the public.
  • Accommodates 25 to 150 people
  • $100 per hour until Center closing

Philadelphia Room (Room 123)
This versatile space on the ground floor is great for workshops, lectures, and large meetings.
  • Accommodates up to 65 people
  • $50 per hour until Center closing

Small Meeting Rooms (Second Floor Conference Room, Living Room)
These affordable, air-conditioned spaces are perfect for small or medium sized groups.
  • Accommodates up to 25 people
  • $20 per hour until Center closing

Class Room
This diverse space has been used for dance rehearsals and mid-sized meetings.
  • This air-conditioned space accommodates up to 55 people
  • $25 per hour until Center closing

Executive Conference Room
  • Accommodates up to 12 people
  • $25 per hour until Center closing

Additional Items
The following items are available for rent (as available; includes set-up)
  • LCD Projector: $25
  • TVs/VCRs: $10.00
  • Sound System: $35.00
  • PA System: $35.00 each

Additional Fees
  • $35.00 per hr. after the Center closes
  • $25.00 per hour after 4 hours
  • $30.00 per hour after 6 hours
  • $50.00 Food and Beverage Rate; this additional charge is a cleaning rate for any event at the Center that includes food and/or beverages
  • A cleaning and damage deposit of $100.00 is required for all events. Provided the space is clean and nothing has been damaged, this can be refunded to you. Any damage incurred above the $100.00 will be billed to you.
  • Cleaning Fee (If not adequately cleaned by user): $100.00 per hour
All meeting rooms require a 50% non-refundable deposit when the rental contract is signed. All events and meetings at the Community Center of 50 or more people, require an Incidental deposit of $100.00, due on the day of your event. Any event serving alcohol requires a cleaning deposit of $500, due the day before the event.
