Join the William Way Community Center's Out and Faithful Committee for its 1st Annual Interfaith Breakfast! With Proposition 8's passage in Ca. and numerous other states voting against marriage equality, let's gather together to discuss how we as a community can overcome.

Don't miss this opportunity to hear keynote speaker Harry Knox discuss the spiritual movement for marriage equality nationwide.  Learn why more than 4000 faith leaders have endorsed marriage equality and what you can do to provide support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people whose lives are affected by the current policy debate about marriage. Knox is the former program director at Freedom to Marry and is now the director of the Religion and Faith Program at the Human Rights Campaign.

Also featured, Rev. Karla Fleishman, Pastor of Imago Dei MCC, will begin with a gathering call.

This event will have a buffet style kosher breakfast with vegetarian options and will be held in the Center's Mark Segal Grand Ballroom (not handicap accessible).
