WayGayU: Inclusive Yoga

Test the waters with our new Yoga for All class. This is a precursor to a 3 session series that focuses on breaking down the fundamental postures of yoga, which will move at a slower pace, explain in detail foundational and accessible asana (postures), and is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is for you. Instructor Jaclyn McIlwain is an experienced, 200 Hour Certified yoga teacher with Teacher Training from Dhyana Yoga and Yoga for Trauma and Addiction Teacher Training from Transformation Yoga Project. All bodies and all levels are welcome at this free class.
